1. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong product or wrong size was sent by us.
  • The product received is different from the product ordered.

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

2. Size Exchange

Size exchange is available subject to stock availability.

Customers are requested to check the size chart carefully before placing an order. Jersey Store Kolhapur is not responsible for size issues caused by selecting the wrong size.

If a size exchange is approved, the customer may be required to pay the applicable shipping or courier charges.

3. No Return / No Refund

We do not provide refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selection by the customer
  • Colour preference
  • Personal preference

Once an order has been placed, cancellation may not be possible.

For eligible cases, we will provide an exchange or replacement instead of a cash refund.

4. Product Condition

Products must be returned in the following condition:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Without perfume, stains, damage or alterations
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered or modified in any way will not be eligible for exchange.

5. Unboxing Video

For damaged, defective or incorrect products, customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is fully opened.

Without proper unboxing evidence, we may not be able to approve a damage or wrong-product claim.

6. How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Unboxing video, if applicable

Our team will review the request and confirm whether the product is eligible for exchange.

7. Exchange Shipping

If the mistake is from our side, such as sending the wrong product or a defective product, we will arrange the exchange as applicable.

For size-related exchanges, applicable shipping or courier charges may be borne by the customer.

8. Final Decision

All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Jersey Store Kolhapur.
